How to order
At Seedlingservice.com there are different ways you can order. You can use the shopping cart system on the website or you can sent us your order by e-mail. In both cases you will get an confirmation e-mail of your order.
Shipping
We ship your orders safely with registered TNT mail after we receive your payment. Orders are shipped only within the European Union and should arrive within 3-5 days after shipment. Please contact us if your parcel did not arrive within a week. We have a tracking number of each package.
- Shipping costs are € 15.95.
- Orders above € 75.00 get free shipping.
Please befamiliar with your (local) import and custom regulations. Seedlingservice.com is not responsible concerning import and custom regulations. It is up to you to check your local import laws before ordering and instruct Seedlingservice.com. We can not take responsibility for plants/seeds confiscated by customs.

Paypal & credit card
After choosing Paypal or Paypal credit card during the checkout you will be directed to the Paypal website where you can login and pay or create a Paypal account and then pay the order. Seedlingservice.com gets a message from Paypal if the payment was successful.

Full insurance
All parcels shipped are fully insured. If the products do not arrive at your address for whatever reason, we will start an investigation at the postal service. This may take a while. Once we find out what has gone wrong with your package, we either send the package again or refund your payment.
